After the competitors, there comes the ideal customer. The strategy phase focuses on developing a buyer persona to target and its journey until it converts into customer.
To build a working strategy, my first aim is to understand the target audience and develop a data-driven profile of the ideal customer. Through thorough analysis and measuring, we will create a buyer persona, its customer journey and the proper content to target the customer with.
CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION
To effectively increase the number of visiting users to active customers, we will develop a series of scenarios and build A/B testing experiments. We will measure individual performance and through quantitative and qualitative analysis, will find the golden middle of what gives the best possible outcome.
